H-FIBER Chemical Absorbent Sock/Boom is used to isolate the spill area in handling chemical spills in many different environments, especially useful in places with large areas or large liquid spills. The product helps prevent chemicals from spreading into the environment, making handling more convenient and effectively preventing environmental pollution.

Step 1: Wear protective gloves (or protective clothing) to avoid direct contact with hazardous chemicals with the skin.

Step 2: Remove the chemical absorbent sock/boom from the storage packaging.

Step 3: Quickly spread the sock/boom around the area where the chemical spill occurred to isolate that area and prevent the chemicals from continuing to spread. Do this continuously until a long sock/boom strip is formed and the spill area is completely blocked.

Step 4: Use a combination of chemical absorbent pads, chemical absorbent pillows… to absorb and collect spilled chemicals inside the buoy’s containment ring.

Step 5: After completing treatment of the incident area, quickly put the saturated (soaked) chemical absorbent sock/boom into a specialized trash bin or hazardous waste storage place, away from heat/fire sources, away from water tank area, and do not discharge directly into the environment.
